Despite the member's experience in other bands such as SoCal hardcore legends Social Unrest (of which frontman and California expat Jason Honea was once a member), this LP maintains its own unique sound reminiscent of an 80s hardcore punk/Sonic Youth-esque post-punk hybrid.
